PUBLIC CLASSES ON ZOOM

Due to COVID-19, all classes gather on Zoom.

TUESDAYS 

9:30 am MST | CAREGIVER QUICKIE | 30 mins

 A slow-paced simple stretching and breathing self-care session focusing on the neck, shoulders, and upper back. Erica will guide you through a stress-combating sequence to help you to feel more spacious in your body and calm all around, setting you up to move through your day with more ease, comfort, and grace.
This is a wonderful option for seniors and folks with stiffer bodies.
Practice on the floor, sitting in a chair, or even at your work desk if you’d like.
No yoga experience necessary.

FREE meditation. Sit or lay down, in your bed, on the floor... your choice. Listen to my voice and calm your body.

No previous meditation experience required. 

11:00 am MST | LITTLE YOGIS

Kids yoga for kiddos 4-7 | 30 mins
A free-flowing, playful body-based yoga experience with yoga-themed songs, dance, games, and playful posture. Stay and play too or allow me to keep our kiddo entertained while you get some well-deserved YOU time. 30 min. Watch Instagram for weekly details and themes.

3:00 pm MST | GENTLE YOGA | 50 mins 

A slow and gentle yoga experience. Erica will guide you through a full-body yoga practice focusing on releasing tension with a gentle vinyasa flow and breath

FRIDAYS

 7:00 pm MST | CANDLELIGHT COZY SLOW FLOW | 60 mins

Pour yourself a hot cup of herbal tea, light some candles, slip into some cozy socks and comfy clothes for a gentle and restorative yoga experience to usher you to a sweet Friday night and weekend. No previous yoga experience required.

8:00 pm MST | FREE FRIDAY GUIDED MEDITATION | 30 min

Extend your savasana from the 7pm Candlelight Cozy Slow Flow class or mozy on in and join us for a 30-minute guided meditation.
