Why Yoga?
It is through yoga where I have found my calling to serve.  I have been a yoga practicioner for over 20 years and have had the honor of teaching for five.  It is my honor to share the beautiful gift of yoga with my students by providing a safe and encouraging place to gain flexibility, strength and overall wellness while creating a space for my students to accept their soul's sweet invitation to be awakened to the vibrancy, truth, and beauty that lives within  Come to explore and reignite the brilliant light that burns inside of us all while finding balance, power, calm and self-love through asana.   - Erica Nicole
